CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, I miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment time and a waiting client misses the opportunity to receive services. All booked services are reserved for you personally. If you must cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior. All cancellations made past the 24 hour mark will be changed 50% of the service total. All no show/ no call clients will be charged 50% of all services booked. No shows that wish to reschedule or book future appointments will be asked to prepay for all services booked. I understand that life happens so please contact me if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. TARDINESS POLICY: I will do my best to accommodate latecomers if my schedule allows. If you think you may be late to your appointment please call or message me to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or alter the services to better fit the remaining time. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for any services performed. For any reason If you are unsatisfied with a service I have provided please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment so an adjustment can be made free of charge. There will be no refunds for gift card sales. Retail purchases may only be exchanged for salon credit to be used for product only. Product exchanged may only be granted if it is unopened and done within 7 days of purchase. PRICE POLICY: prices are subject to change at any time. All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change based on hair length/density or technique used to achieve desired results. Price increases will reflect my continuing education as well as new products or equipment purchased to meet my clients needs and/or meet the quality of services I would like to deliver.
